After last year’s very successful and fun participation in the Salon des Refusés: Exhibition of Artworks Refused from the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition brilliantly organised by Happenstance Gallery, when my work ‘Fern Boy’ was awarded first prize Salon des Refusés 2018 The People’s Vote, I’m delighted to take part in this amazing show once again at Camden Image Gallery. And I’m very happy to hear The Salon des Refusés has grown bigger and more exciting with two exhibitions happening this year, one in London 12-15 June and one in Margate 22 July – 8 August 2019. See below, please. More details here.

Now on its 8th edition, this annual extravaganza of artworks missed, unappreciated, misunderstood or sacrificed at the last minute by the Royal Academy Selection Committee will feature over 100 UK and international creators across a range of art forms. This is a unique chance to appreciate non-establishment and democratic art. The exhibition is open to the public 12-15th June at Camden Image Gallery (174 Royal College Street, London NW1 0SP). Free entry.

Join me on Wednesday 12th, for the opening Tea Ceremony 3.30-5.30pm, and Thursday 13th for the Opening Reception with late opening 6-8pm. Or any other time you can, if you’re anywhere near Camden. Would be great to see you.
